Child Protection Services

ANPPCAN Uganda Chapter provides psychosocial support to child survivors of abuse from all parts of Uganda. These children receive counseling from ANPPCAN case workers and from community based child protection structures that are facilitated by ANPPCAN.

ANPCCAN links children to relevant medical and social service deliverers. When needed children receive legal aid and they are often linked to legal representation. Sometimes disputes are solved without legal intervention but with a mediator.

ANPPCAN keeps following reported cases to support children and also uses its referral network to help survivors access services delivered by other organizations.
